Kyle, you told us you're set on Meta creative and focused on executing for black friday
. Fair enough. Before we got out of the way, we read all 27 ads you're running, lined them up against the brands on your own shelf, and built six statics from your real product photos. Use them as they are or change whatever you want. There's no pricing here and you don't need a call.

We tagged every live Yota ad and the top ads (by impressions) from four brands you carry: Cali Raised LED, Diode Dynamics, Roam Adventure Co. and Baja Designs. Same tags for both, read from the ad copy and format.
Your ads split between problem-first hooks and feature lists. The shelf also sells with offers, launches and proof. You have none of those three live going into Black Friday.
85% of your ads are video. Offers and prices read fastest on a static, and 40% of the shelf's ads are statics. Cali Raised runs almost nothing else right now.
One Meso video runs as 8 separate ads with the same video and copy. Meta treats them as one idea, so they mostly bid against each other.
Two big drops (late August and Oct 26) with quiet weeks between. A steady weekly flow gives Meta fresh options before the old ones tire.
The brands on your site are also in the same feeds as your ads. Four things stood out.
Gift-card statics called out by model: "Every Tacoma 2005+: Get $150 Back," "5th & 6th Gen 4Runner: Get $150 Back." If you run a Black Friday offer, the per-truck callout is the format to borrow.
"Lockers. Winch. Compressor. Fridge. Chase lights. Every one of them wired to the same place, controlled from one panel." That's the same promise as your YP2 ads. YP2's edge is the bracket built for each Toyota and the price, and neither shows up in the YP2 ads today.
Their Blade Bed Light leads with "no wiring or permanent modifications required." Easy install is the main pitch for plug-in lighting right now. Your Meso and YP2 ads already say it, and they can say it louder.
MidwestTacoma partnership ads (with RCI Offroad and BuiltRight) sit at the top by impressions. You already make install videos; a creator running them from their own handle is a short step.
We make ads every week for a plug-and-play vehicle lighting brand. Their buyers want the upgrade and dread the wiring. That's the same person who buys a YP2 kit or Meso lights. What carries over:
The fear goes up top with a line through it, and the answer sits underneath. Ad 03 below uses it for Meso.
Side-by-side install steps, where the usual way keeps going and the kit stops early, is a format the client approved on first look. Ad 02 does this for YP2.
Question hooks were the weakest group there. Hooks that named the product, the vehicle and the benefit did best. Your newest batch already does this ("Great truck. Wrong grille.").
Owners notice the wrong trim or a fake-looking machine right away. Real product photos and low light, where the lights do the selling, beat anything that looks AI. All six ads here use your own photography.
Every batch we make follows the same split. Most of it builds on what's already working, some of it reworks a winner in a new format, and a fixed slice tests something new that the data points to.
A proven buyer with a new angle, or a proven angle for a new buyer.
A winner, same message, new format.
New to your account, and each one has a number behind it.
Every product photo is yours, straight from your store. Every price is from your site as of Oct 26. No made-up discounts: if you run a Black Friday offer, it drops into the pill or the footer. Built 4:5 for Feed; 9:16 versions for Reels and Stories are a quick resize.

Your text-us video, rebuilt as a text-message screenshot and pointed at someone buying for another person's truck.

Every line is from your own YP2 ads, set in the install-steps comparison from our lighting account.

The quote is from the review carousel on your grille page. None of your 27 live ads uses a review yet.

Built on your own line, "the first thing you touch every time you get in your rig," aimed at the gift buyer.

Four real products at their Oct 26 prices. Nothing in your account talks to the person buying a gift yet.

Your "not every mod requires a lift or a wrench" line, in one of the strongest formats on our lighting account.
Good luck with Black Friday. If you want more of these after the holidays, or want us to look at what worked in December, grab 20 minutes and we'll come with the data.
